If you are a Vamo Rider Partner and would like to request deletion of your account or personal information associated with the Vamo Rider app, you may submit a deletion request by contacting our support team.

How to Request Deletion

You may request deletion of your rider information by contacting us through:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Registered mobile number
  • Rider ID (if available)
  • Reason for deletion request (optional)

What Happens After Your Request

Once your request is received and verified:

  • Your rider account access may be deactivated
  • Your login access to the Vamo Rider app may be removed
  • Associated operational information may be scheduled for deletion or anonymisation where applicable
